Terms & Conditions
A deposit may be required to secure your event date.
Bookings less than 2 hours are to be paid in full
A deposit amount of $75 is required for 2 hours or more.
Company reservice the right to accept or decline deposit offers less than what is set.
Full payment must be completed before or on the event date.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment/deposit has been received.
Clients must provide adequate space and access for booth setup and operation.
Setup times must be coordinated prior to the event.
Equipment will only be operated by company staff
Company does not allow person devices from clients to be used when operating the 360 booth.
Please respect company property. Any intentional damage caused by guests or host of the event may result in additional charges for repairs or replacement.
We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost personal items during the use of our services.
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, illness, government restrictions, or emergencies.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by:

venue restrictions

weather conditions
-
emergencies beyond our control
Media & Content

Videos and photos captured during the event may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

Final media delivery times may vary depending on event size and editing requirements.
Agreement
By booking our services, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may qualify for a refund of 33% of initial deposit.
Cancellations made less than 48 - 24 hours before the event; deposit is non-refundable.
